Operations Director – INDUSTRY (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Production's response to the challenges posed by Customers;
• Anticipate and resolve conflicts between Business Development and Production activities;
• Ensure the maintenance of a correct and balanced cell constitution;
• Support the integration of new Project Managers and Team Leaders;
• Ensure the technical integration of new production elements;
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of PMs and TLs to ensure they perform their duties with diligence and competence;
• Develop and implement Project and Production Coordination Processes that guarantee high quality, Customer satisfaction, and productivity;
• Keep the database of applicable legislation for your BU up to date, disseminate it, and comply with it;
• Ensure compliance with Production Procedures and tools;
• Ensure a technically sound response to the needs and expectations of the Customer by each Division;
• Ensure that Projects are adequately planned in the ERP.

 

Profile:

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering;
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management (desirable);
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in coordinating large-scale Infrastructure Projects;
• Evidence of Business Development capability;
• Problem-solving ability;
• Exceptional organization, autonomy, and critical sense;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluent in two languages (English or French and Spanish).
