- The main objective of the service is to inspect the project for the expansion and improvement of the drinking water supply network service in the city of Malange. The project consists in the installation of about 36 km of piping and 22,600 residential branches, including excavation, pipe ditching, ditch filling and testing of the installed piping.

 - The services performed within the scope of this study were: Revision of the design developed by the contractor regarding the survey of the existing situation, basic design, detailed design and monitoring and supervision of works.
